Terms and Conditions: Promotional Offer
The following terms and conditions apply to the current promotional offer provided by Timberfloor Australia (TFA). By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms:
- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Floor Area: This offer is strictly applicable only to residential projects with a minimum installation area of 70sqm. Projects falling below this square footage do not qualify for the promotional pricing or benefits.
- Geographic Limitation: The offer is valid only for properties located within a 30km radius of the Timberfloor Australia (TFA) Warehouse. TFA reserves the right to verify the distance using standard GPS mapping; locations outside this radius may incur additional travel or delivery fees and are excluded from the promotion.
2. Validity Period
- Expiration Date: This promotion is time-limited and officially concludes at the close of business on 21st August 2026.
- To secure the offer, a formal quote must be accepted, and any required deposit must be cleared before the expiry date.
3. Stock and Availability
- Inventory Limits: All promotional offers are subject to stock availability. TFA does not guarantee the availability of specific timber species, grades, or finishes.
- Rainchecks: No rainchecks will be issued. In the event that specific promotional stock is depleted, TFA is not obligated to provide alternative products at the discounted rate.
4. General Provisions
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, or previous quotes.
- Timberfloor Australia reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that all existing locked-in contracts are honored.
Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Conditions
- Service is limited to warehouse-to-warehouse, forklift-to-forklift deliveries.
- No deliveries to construction sites or multi-residential buildings.
- For residential homes, the installer is responsible for unloading.
2. Unloading and Redelivery
- Drivers do not unload shipments.
- If no one is available to receive or unload at the delivery address:
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
- A repacking fee will be applied for any rescheduled delivery, in addition to standard freight charges.
3. Waiting Time Charges
- A 30-minute grace period is provided upon the truck’s arrival at the designated address.
- After 30 minutes, a charge of $50+ is applied for every additional half-hour of waiting.
Taxes and Duties
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices advertised, quoted, or listed by TimberFloor Australia are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST will be calculated and added as a separate line item at the point of invoicing or checkout.
Color Disclaimer & Mid-Project Cancellation Policy
1. Color Accuracy & Buyer Responsibility:
The Buyer acknowledges that digital images, samples, and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual flooring colors, textures, and grains may vary slightly from online or printed representations. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to physically inspect and confirm the selected color and product in person prior to the commencement of installation. The Company shall not be held liable for discrepancies between the product image and the final installed product.
2. Mid-Project Interruption & Payment Liability:
Once the installation process has officially commenced, the Buyer is fully committed to the selected product. If the Buyer requests to halt, suspend, or cancel the project midway due to dissatisfaction with the selected color or appearance, the Buyer remains legally obligated to pay the total contract amount in full. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued for labor or materials already allocated or utilized.

Timber Floor Australia complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. TimberFloor Australia collects, uses and discloses personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy. By providing personal information you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the TimberFloor Australia Privacy Policy.
